Highline LED’s Return Policy:

You may return an items if it is in its original package. If there are manufacturing defects, items may only be returned with proof of receipt. All items must be return within 15 days of your purchase.

• Please email usasales@highlineled.com to inform us about your return, and we will then assign you RMA number & the necessary information to complete the return process.

Include your signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
